We're Hiring | Project Manager – Road Construction
*Raji Mathew & Co.* is a well-established government contractor with over *25 years of experience* in the execution of highway and road infrastructure projects across Kerala. We are committed to delivering quality infrastructure through technical excellence, safety, and timely project execution.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced *Project Manager* to lead our ongoing *KSTP road project in Alappuzha District, Kerala*.
Eligibility
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Minimum *15 years* of total professional experience
✔ At least *10 years* of experience in road construction projects, preferably involving *KSTP, National Highways (NH), or Gulf projects*
✔ Knowledge of *FIDIC* conditions of contract will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
• Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project
• Coordination with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, contractual, and project timelines
• Effective resource and cost management
