About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, executing the project and
supervising the onsite staff (daily communication with superintendents on each operating
project is expected) in order to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the
quality of workmanship specified.
Key responsibilities include -
- Executing the contract as per the finalized BOQ.
- Manpower and resource planning for achieving given targets
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Micro level planning for the whole project.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation for execution of the project.
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Finishing Work orders/Purchase orders for the same.
- Monthly resource planning for timely execution to be submitted for the financial year to the project coordinators for finalization.
- To organize and train the on-site staff to the requirements of the project, and to assure that those individuals whose functions require the knowledge and understanding of certain documents and procedures, receive and understand that information.
- Getting NS items approved and sanctioned by the client.
