📢 WE ARE HIRING – PROGRAM MANAGER | MEDIFIT
Location: Intuit Corporate Site
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Medifit is looking for a dynamic and responsible Program Manager to manage and coordinate fitness & wellness activities at the client site.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate fitness trainers and their daily activities
- Prepare and manage trainer schedules and group fitness sessions
- Coordinate and monitor group wellness sessions and employee participation
- Follow up on diet/nutrition consultations and ensure proper coordination with clients
- Monitor service quality, trainer performance, and client engagement
- Maintain regular communication with the client and internal Medifit team
- Handle day-to-day operational requirements and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure smooth execution of all fitness and wellness programs at the site
🔹 Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate Degree or equivalent qualification
- Background in Fitness, Wellness, Sports, Health, or related fields is preferred
- Fitness certifications will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage trainers, schedules, and multiple activities efficiently
- Professional approach with good client-handling skills
💰 Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month, based on experience and suitability.
