Role Description The Project Manager Civil intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial and commercial construction projects at the Bengaluru site. This on-site internship role involves assisting with project scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure work aligns with design and quality standards. The intern will help track budgets, review drawings and specifications, support site inspections, and prepare project reports and documentation. The role also includes contributing to risk identification, maintaining safety and compliance records, and participating in meetings with stakeholders. This is an internship position based in Bengaluru, offering hands-on exposure to civil project management in an industrial environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure, with understanding of industrial and commercial construction environments.
- Ability to support Construction Management and Project Management activities, including coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Budgeting and cost control concepts relevant to construction projects.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, standards, and safety practices; proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Exposure to project management tools, CAD software, or industrial projects is an advantage.
