The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational processes.
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives.
Must-have Skills
- Proven experience in project management (6+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good-to-have Skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in IT / IAM / Identity & Access Management projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
