Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 6+ years of experience managing complex digital transformation, healthcare, pharma, SaaS, and AI-driven technology projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with global stakeholders, manage project delivery, budgets, timelines, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across Healthcare, Pharma, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Manage project planning, scope, budget, resource allocation, timelines, risks, and quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineering, QA, Cloud, and DevOps teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, KPIs, dashboards, and executive status reports.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across global geographies.
- Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and resource utilization.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communication across business, technology, and executive leadership.
- Support presales activities including effort estimation, solution planning, and project transition.
- Drive continuous process improvements and PMO best practices.
- Mentor Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience delivering Healthcare, Pharma, SaaS, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience managing global customers across US, Europe, and APAC.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, project financials, and delivery governance.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Expertise in project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and Business Analysts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
AI / ML & Digital Transformation Skills (Preferred)
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation projects.
- Understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and AI-driven business solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML engineering teams and translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.
- Familiarity with Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Power BI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, and data privacy principles.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences domain is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms is an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Cloud Transformation projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GxP, FDA, EMA, or HIPAA.
