Role Description The Project Manager role at ALLROUND FACILITIES PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The role involves supervising inspections, coordinating logistics, expediting materials and services, and resolving issues to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support facility management activities where required, and ensure that project documentation and communication are accurate and timely.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track deliverables, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time procurement and delivery.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee site activities, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate material movement, site deliveries, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Relevant experience in construction, facilities, or infrastructure projects, preferably in a project management consultancy environment.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
