Project Manager – International & Strategic Projects
ProGrow International
ProGrow International is seeking Project Managers to take end-to-end ownership of strategic projects across India and international markets.
Each Project Manager will be responsible for specific projects or geographies—for example Arunachal Pradesh, Uzbekistan or South Africa—and will serve as the central coordination point between ProGrow leadership, government stakeholders, investors, financial institutions, technical partners, consultants and operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects from initial opportunity assessment through structuring, partnerships and execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and responsibility matrices.
- Coordinate with governments, ministries, embassies, investors and strategic partners.
- Prepare and manage proposals, MoUs, investment documents and presentations.
- Coordinate legal, financial, technical and regulatory workstreams.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables and approvals remain on track.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and drive resolution across stakeholders.
- Prepare concise progress reports and decision notes for senior leadership.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in project development, consulting, infrastructure, investment, government advisory, financial services or international business.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly execution-oriented and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
Location: Delhi, with domestic and international travel
