Key Responsibilities
- Learn Edchemy software modules & features
- Understand customer requirements
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and email
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Learn to configure the requirements in Edchemy software
- Create training materials & train the users
- Maintain customer satisfaction & build strong relationships with customers
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly review meetings with customers
- Meet regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project
- Create implementation documents and share with stakeholders
- Design the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications
- Manage internal team and coordination among other functional teams
