Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghar, focused on Pharma Green Field Project Engineering across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Safety, and HVAC domains, for professionals with 1 to 12 years of experience. The role involves planning and executing green field projects, including design review, coordination with consultants and contractors, and overseeing installation and commissioning of plant and utility systems. Daily responsibilities include project planning, monitoring progress, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, documentation of project activities, and proactive communication to resolve technical issues and keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear reporting, stakeholder coordination, and teamwork.
- Project Management and Project Planning capabilities to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Project Engineering expertise, preferably in pharmaceutical green field projects or industrial facilities.
- Electrical Engineering knowledge; exposure to Mechanical, Civil, Safety, or HVAC systems in plant environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in basic project tools and software; experience with MS Office and project scheduling tools is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience in site execution, vendor coordination, and commissioning activities is preferred.
