POSITION: PROJECT DOCUMENT CONTROL ENGINEER(DCC)
CODE: DCC-0926
QUALIFICATION: Engineering Degree in E&I, EEE, or Control Systems.
EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 Years
Good communication, organizational, and time management skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Experience with document handling, Tracking and Version Control:
- Engineering Drawings, Electrical schematics, GAD, Block diagram, Termination diagram, Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs, Loop Diagrams), Cable Schedules, Datasheets, and Test Reports (FAT, SAT), IOM, etc.,
- Technical Submittals and Vendor Documents
- Maintain document numbering and a structured filing system.
- Maintaining Supplier Master Document List (SMDL) and Engineering Project Master Schedule (EPMS) documents
- Maintaining Drawing Registers, Submittal Logs and Correspondence Logs
- Tracking revisions and changes made to drawings and documents.
Software & Tools Experience:
- Working experience in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
