Job Descriptions – JIRA Administrator
· Overall 8+years of experience with minimum 5+yaers of experience in Core JIRA / Jira Software and Jira Service Management
· JIRA project, workflow, permission, and scheme administration
· Deep knowledge of Jira Data Center administration, workflows, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, automation rules.
· Proficiency in JQL Jira Query Language for search, reporting, and bulk operations
· Experience with Confluence Data Center administration, space management, permissions, macros, and plugin management.
· Agile/Scrum and Kanban knowledge and JQL (JIRA Query Language)
· Dashboards, filters, and reporting
· JIRA automation and User and access management
- Experience serving as technical analysts or in a similar role within a technology driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Experience in gathering and analysing customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Experience in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
- Understanding of basic product management concepts, including product lifecycle, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies, even if not deeply technical.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and the ability to analyze market trends and user needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
- Understanding of REST APIs is an advantage
- Knowledge of Confluence and other Atlassian tools
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
