About the Role:
Join us as a detail-oriented, high-ownership Program Associate who will drive learning delivery for our BIM programs at Novatr. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and education, and will require you to work with mentors, internal teams, and learners to build highquality learning experiences for the AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Program Execution: Support end-to-end delivery of BIM programs by tracking milestones, deadlines, learner progress, and deliverables across the cohort cycle.
- Coordinating Live Operations: Work with mentors, internal teams, and learners to ensure live sessions, reviews, and project submissions run smoothly.
- Building Learning Content: Assist in creating assignments, activities, and resources, and help simplify technical BIM workflows into learner-friendly formats.
- Researching Industry Workflows: Study AEC trends, BIM adoption, AI tools, and emerging technologies to keep the curriculum and delivery current.
- Championing Learner Experience: Support onboarding, engagement initiatives, feedback collection, and resolution of learner-side challenges.
- Improving Systems and Processes: Contribute ideas and run experiments that improve program operations and learning outcomes every cycle.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- You’ve got 3+ years of experience with a background in Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, or a related built-environment discipline.
- Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and BIM coordination workflows are your playground. Exposure to one or more is what counts.
- You are structured and detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at once without dropping the ball.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, whether it is with mentors, learners, or cross-functional teams.
- You enjoy research and structured problem-solving, and you are curious about where technology is taking the AEC industry.
- You are proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
