About the Role
We are hiring an on-site Food Technologist to monitor and maintain quality parameters live on the production floor, including retort processing, canning, and filling operations.
The role involves checking process parameters in real time, identifying and escalating deviations, and operating and handling production machinery as part of daily production operations.
Location: Pawas, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
Work Location: Our Head Office and Factory is located at Pawas, Ratnagiri.
Candidate Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Pawas, Ratnagiri and work on-site.
- Comfortable working directly on the production floor and handling production machinery.
- Strong attention to quality, process parameters, and food safety.
- Candidates looking for a hands-on role in food manufacturing are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, fill level, seal integrity, and headspace during production.
- Operate and handle production line machinery, including retort, filling, and canning equipment.
- Flag and escalate process or quality deviations immediately to the process/shift supervisor.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery issues during production.
- Maintain accurate batch and process records as per FSSAI/HACCP requirements.
- Ensure production processes consistently meet defined quality and food safety standards.
- Support day-to-day production and quality control activities on the factory floor.
