We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Quality Engineering Leader with strong hands-on experience in Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Data, Interoperability, and Data Quality Engineering.

- Establish quality engineering standards, governance, KPIs, quality gates and release-readiness processes.

The candidate must have implemented or tested real-world healthcare interoperability solutions.
Examples may include:

- Clinical System ↔ Analytics Platform
- ADT interfaces
- HL7 message validation

- Healthcare API integration
"Familiar with HL7/FHIR" or training/certification alone is not sufficient.
5. Data Quality Engineering – Mandatory
Candidate should have strong experience in:
- ETL testing
- Data pipeline testing
- Batch and/or real-time data validation
- Source-to-target validation
- Data reconciliation
- Record-count reconciliation

- Transformation validation
- Data completeness checks
- Data integrity checks
- Data quality rules
- Data lineage validation
- Database validation
