Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About Polycare
Polycare is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality PVC conduit pipes, corrugated pipes, concealed boxes, and electrical accessories. We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined production professional who can efficiently manage daily factory operations and ensure timely production as per dispatch requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily production according to dispatch schedules and sales requirements.
- Ensure all SKUs are manufactured on time and in the required quantities.
- Prepare and monitor daily production plans.
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, purchase, and quality departments.
- Ensure smooth functioning of every production stage, including:
- Mixing
- Extrusion/Moulding
- Quality Checking
- Packing
- Finished Goods Handling
- Ensure adequate manpower is available, including operators, helpers, mixers, and packing staff.
- Monitor machine utilisation and minimise downtime.
- Maintain production efficiency while reducing wastage and rejections.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Maintain input material vs. output material reports.
- Track raw material consumption and finished goods production.
- Report production performance to management and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Production Planning, Production Supervision, or Plant Operations.
- Experience in PVC pipe, plastic extrusion, injection moulding, polymer, cable, packaging, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage shop-floor operations independently.
- Good understanding of production planning, inventory coordination, and quality control.
- Comfortable working in a factory environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
Experience
- 3 to 10 years preferred.
- Candidates with strong manufacturing experience and leadership skills will be given preference.
