Senior Procurement Executive – Engineering / MRO

About the Role
Galax Accrue Tech is looking for a Senior Procurement Executive with strong experience in engineering products, MRO, industrial automation or instrumentation.
Preferred Background
Candidates from companies such as IndustryBuying, Power2SME, Bulk MRO, Quantinox or similar B2B industrial/e-procurement companies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure engineering/MRO products from OEMs, distributors and suppliers.
- Develop new vendors and alternate sources.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, comparative statements and purchase orders.
- Understand technical specifications, part numbers and datasheets.
- Coordinate with Sales/Technical teams for product sourcing.
- Identify new products and suppliers to expand our portfolio.
- Ensure competitive pricing, quality and timely delivery.
Product Exposure
MRO, electrical/mechanical components, industrial automation, sensors, pressure/flow instruments, PLC/HMI/VFD, pneumatic/hydraulic products, tools, bearings, motors, pumps and other engineering products.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years relevant procurement/sourcing experience.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma preferred – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related engineering.
- Strong vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of engineering/industrial products.
- Experience with OEMs/distributors and B2B procurement is an advantage.
