About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, high-ownership Production Manager to lead and streamline our equipment manufacturing and assembly operations. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end production execution, multi-disciplinary team coordination, and vendor management to ensure the timely delivery of world-class automated machinery.

Key Responsibilities
* Outsourced Manufacturing & Vendor Coordination: Manage, monitor, and coordinate with external fabrication and machining vendors to ensure precise execution, strict adherence to tolerances, and timely component delivery.
* Mechanical Design & Engineering: Review 3D/2D engineering drawings (SolidWorks or equivalent) and work closely with design teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth execution on the shop floor.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly between Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Software Engineering teams to integrate components into complete, functional automated systems.
* Production Scheduling & Delivery: Drive production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of projects without compromising on quality or performance standards.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect outsourced fabrication, machined components, and in-house assemblies to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of heavy/light structural fabrication, sheet metal processing, precision machining operations, and machine building assembly.
* Product Knowledge: Prior experience in manufacturing automated systems—such as CNC Plasma Cutting Systems (Plates & Pipes), Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, H-Beam Welding Lines, or similar industrial machinery—is strongly preferred.
* Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience or sound technical knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD modeling software.
* Key Attributes: Excellent coordination, proactive communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
