Salary: 40000 - 45000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end garment production processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Handle production operations with a capacity of 500+ sewing machines.
- Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, quality, and planning departments.
- Handle buyers directly and ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor production targets, line efficiency, manpower utilization, and machine productivity.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to BSFI requirements and applicable buyer compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in apparel manufacturing/export.
- Proven experience managing 500+ machines.
- Strong expertise in production process management and buyer handling.
- Knowledge of BSFI requirements, production planning, quality control, and team management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
