Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Executive role based in Bagru. The Production Executive will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production plans are executed efficiently and in line with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, monitoring workflow, managing production staff, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The role will involve close collaboration with quality control teams, maintenance, and supply chain to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization. The Production Executive will also assist with documentation, report production metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflow.
- Candidates should possess solid Food Technology and Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with product specifications, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide production staff, and report operational performance.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or production environments, ideally in food or related industries.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, basic lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts, and production documentation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Bagru, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
