Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm’s advisory and consulting services. This role assists in planning and coordinating operational activities, monitoring service delivery timelines, and ensuring that client requests are handled efficiently across taxation, investment, property, legal, and concierge verticals. The individual will help maintain standard operating procedures, prepare operational reports, track key performance indicators, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. Additional responsibilities include overseeing documentation and workflow, supporting process improvements, liaising with external partners when required, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and coordination skills, including workflow management, process implementation, and basic project tracking.
- Competence in client service and communication, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain clear, concise documentation.
- Comfort with data handling and reporting, using spreadsheets and basic analytics to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced coursework or certifications in operations or consulting are an advantage.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, or a similar environment is preferred; exposure to NRI-related services or Indian taxation and property matters is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to evolving operational needs.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & AI; familiarity with regional languages is beneficial.
