Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Engineer (Screen Crusher & Conveyors) role is based in Vadodara. The Production Engineer will oversee daily operations of screen crusher and conveyor systems, ensuring efficient production, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, coordinating production schedules, supervising operations staff, and implementing maintenance plans in collaboration with technical teams. The role also involves optimizing production processes, addressing operational issues, maintaining quality standards, and documenting production data and reports. The Production Engineer will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Engineering and hands-on experience with heavy machinery, preferably screen crushers and conveyor systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Production Planning capabilities to optimize processes, reduce downtime, and manage resources effectively.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Control to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and performance standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with operators, maintenance teams, and management.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or similar discipline) is preferred.
- Experience in mining, aggregates, material handling, or similar industrial environments will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, preventive maintenance practices, and basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage shift-based operations if required, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive work environment.
