Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Job Title will support Europa Locks’ operations by contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to product, customers, and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and supporting customer service and sales initiatives as needed. The role will involve communicating with internal stakeholders, assisting in process improvements, and ensuring adherence to company standards and timelines. The Job Title is expected to follow established procedures while proactively suggesting practical solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, quality control, and customer service.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage day-to-day tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Basic understanding of industrial or consumer products, preferably in hardware, security, or related sectors.
- Comfort with using computers and standard office software for reporting and data entry.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, operations, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
