🚀Product & Process Trainer – E-Commerce Seller Support
📍 Location: Pune
✨ Working days: 5 Days working || Rotational Offs
🕒 Shift: US Rotational shifts
💼 Experience: 3+ years (2+ years as a Process Trainer)
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Facilitation: Lead end-to-end New Hire Onboarding (NHA) and manage live-queue Nesting phases to ensure smooth transitions to production.
- Instructional Design: Own specialized training modules on flat-file bulk error parsing, Buy Box dynamics, and marketplace policy updates.
- TNA & Upskilling: Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations to identify performance gaps and conduct targeted Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in an international BPO, with 1–2+ years as a dedicated Process/Product Trainer handling e-commerce or B2B merchant accounts.
- Domain Mastery: Strong command over Seller Central workflows, inventory synchronization, and marketplace logistics.
