Process & Product Trainer – E-Commerce
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Experience: 3+ years in International BPO | 1–2 years as Process/Product Trainer
🕐 Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts
📅 Working Days: 5 Days
🚕 Both-side Cab Facility
We are looking for an experienced Process/Product Trainer with strong expertise in E-Commerce Seller/Marketplace Support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver NHA, nesting and upskilling training
• Train teams on Seller Central, marketplace policies and CRM
• Conduct TNA, assessments, mock cases and refresher sessions
• Track batch performance and training metrics
• Support international E-Commerce/merchant processes
🔹 Strong English communication is required
🔹 E-Commerce/Seller Central experience preferred
🔹 Bachelor’s degree required
