Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based aptitude training sessions for learners preparing for IT placements and competitive recruitment processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, teaching quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, conducting practice tests, and providing performance feedback and doubt-clearing support. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty to align aptitude modules with overall placement preparation, maintain training materials, and continuously update content based on current industry and campus recruitment trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring regular interaction with learners and participation in scheduled batches and mock assessments.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude topics such as arithmetic, algebra, data interpretation, and problem-solving techniques.
- Solid command of logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and pattern recognition for competitive and placement exams.
- Excellent verbal ability, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and communication skills.
- Experience in classroom training, lesson planning, and delivering engaging sessions for graduates or early-career professionals.
- Ability to design practice tests, assess learner performance, and provide constructive, individualized feedback.
- Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., presentations, online test platforms, learning management systems) to support training.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or Education is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer, Test Prep Faculty, or Campus Recruitment Trainer is preferred.
- Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and the ability to motivate diverse learners toward placement goals.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune City with flexible batch timings as per training schedules.
