URGENT HIRING – Program Manager | Consumer & Marketing Technology 🚨
📍 Location: Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the Consumer & Marketing Technology agenda, including CDP transformation, Martech platforms, digital experience, project governance, vendor management, and end-to-end technology delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead CDP transformation and complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
✅ Partner with Brand Leaders, Business Stakeholders & Technology Teams
✅ Drive Feature & CX Requirement Design
✅ Manage DevOps, Product Delivery, Testing, UAT & Release Cycles
✅ Drive Change Management and adoption of products & analytics
✅ Act as the single point of contact across Business, IT, Digital Marketing, CMI, Infra, Infosec & Data Privacy teams
✅ Establish robust project delivery & governance models
✅ Manage external vendors, delivery timelines, task tracking and change requests
✅ Govern projects end-to-end with clear delivery objectives
✅ Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements
✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time with minimal business disruption
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
🔹 6+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably in Consumer & Marketing Technology
🔹 Strong experience with CDP / Customer Data Platforms
🔹 Experience with Website Development Lifecycle
🔹 Knowledge of SEO, Media Campaigns & Web Analytics
🔹 Experience with Martech platforms – CRM, Marketing Automation, Chatbots, CDP, DAM, PIM
🔹 Exposure to Digital Commerce / Shopify
🔹 Strong Stakeholder & Vendor Management experience
🔹 Experience building and managing high-performing teams
🔹 Strong understanding of the Consumer Technology landscape
🔹 Ability to work with Brand Teams, Platform Managers & Global Stakeholders
🔹 D2C / Consumer Brand experience is a strong plus
