Process Excellence & Transformation Manager - AI

Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram
We are looking for a senior professional with strong experience in Process Excellence, Process Reengineering, Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Reengineering, Transformation or Continuous Improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience working with CMT clients, preferably across Telecom, Media, social media or Hi-Tech.
- Hands-on experience in AI, GenAI and/or Agentic AI initiatives is mandatory.
- Proven experience in driving process optimization, transformation programs and measurable business improvements.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end process improvement frameworks, methodologies and operating models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps, define improvement opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
