Responsibilities
- Assy. Chart Preparation, Ref FOP & GOS, CAD data,
- FPR standards, PR check standards, Locus Know how sheets. Benchmark study criteria, Torque derogation request, tightening standards, Small tools
- SPEC sheet) & understand output required Perform Part trajectory study/ PR check / GOS
- creation / GOS to FOP conversion/ FOP creation in Pro APR / Process FPR checks / Benchmarking studies / Torque derogation analysis / Small tools development etc., as per schedule following standard procedure.
- Mountability check, MQA Confirmation, Ki study Part Trajectory Simulation – Validate part entry/exit path, clearance, interference, and feasibility.
- Ergonomic Simulation – Check operator posture, reachability, force, and cycle-time compliance.
- Assembly Sequence Simulation – Confirm correct build order, accessibility, and rework-free assembly.
- Track activities, update project status, and report risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements, safety standards, and audit expectations
Qualifications
- Experience - 3 to 10 Years
- Location - Mahindra City / Oragadam
- CTC - 7.5 LPA
