Company Description
Anusham Designs is a trusted manufacturer and installer of stainless steel railings. We serve architects, builders, and interior designers across Chennai. Our work covers interiors and exteriors with a clean and natural finish.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
2. Ensure all fabrication work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications.
3. Monitor site progress and report updates to project managers or senior engineers.
4. Maintain quality control standards and ensure proper execution of work.
5. Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
6. Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on-site.
7. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
8. Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly.
9. Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports and work logs.
10. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
11. Assist in planning schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Skills Required:
1. Strong leadership and communication skills
2. Basic technical knowledge of SS fabrication processes
3. Problem-solving ability
4. Time management and organisational skills
5. Knowledge of safety regulations
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Relevant experience in site supervision preferred
