Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer role based in Kanayannur. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for industrial parks, logistics facilities, and related infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and validating technical drawings, specifications, and calculations; ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations; and coordinating closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout project lifecycles. The role involves overseeing installation and commissioning activities on site, resolving design and execution issues, and optimizing building services for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. The engineer will also support project planning, documentation, and quality control to ensure timely and successful delivery of industrial infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering, including design and integration of building systems.
- Practical experience with Plumbing systems, such as water supply, drainage, fire protection, and sanitary installations.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering for building services, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
- Proven ability in MEP Coordination across disciplines to ensure seamless installation, conflict-free layouts, and adherence to project timelines.
- Knowledge of Building Services engineering, including HVAC, ventilation, and energy-efficient system design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or a closely related field).
- Experience with industrial or commercial infrastructure projects, preferably in parks, logistics facilities, or large compounds.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian building codes, safety standards, and green building or sustainability guidelines.
- Proficiency in engineering and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software) and basic project management practices.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
