Principal Firmware EngineerResponsibilities
- Architect and implement firmware solutions for embedded DSP/SoC platforms.
- Develop low-level drivers, middleware, and embedded application software.
- Collaborate with hardware, systems, QA, and product teams.
- Design and execute firmware validation and test plans.
- Debug complex hardware-software integration issues.
- Support product releases and ongoing firmware maintenance.
- Mentor engineers and drive firmware development best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1
- Approximately 14+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
- 1
- Strong expertise in:
- Embedded systems and firmware architecture
- Audio DSP/SoC development
- Driver development
- Hardware-software integration
- Real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, etc.)
- 1
- Strong programming skills in:
- C
- Assembly Language
- 1
- Experience with:
- UART
- SPI
- I2C
- I2S/TDM interfaces
- 1
- Debugging experience using:
- JTAG
- GDB
- Oscilloscopes
- Logic Analyzers
- 1
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Preferred Qualifications
- Embedded AI/ML experience.
- Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience optimizing DSP algorithms and constrained embedded systems.
