Residential, Corporate, Hospitality, Retail, Institutional, and High-End Interior projects, delivering
spaces from concept to completion.
We're looking for a passionate Interior Designer who thrives on creativity, technical detailing, and on-
site execution. If you're eager to work across varied project typologies and contribute to every stage
of the design process, we'd love to meet you.
- Represent our firm in front of clients and be responsible for the complete design delivery of
interior fit out projects.
- Create concept sketches and layouts that can be developed into CAD layouts and
construction details.
- Produce sketches, mood-boards and presentations to present design concepts in a
compelling manner.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, 3D renders, design proposals, and working
drawings
- Manage interior projects through design development, documentation, coordination, and
execution stages
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout
the project lifecycle
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, and bespoke furniture elements
- Apply your in depth understanding of materials, products and specifications to meet a
project’s requirements in terms of look, feel, cost and time constraints.
- Coordinate with, and direct M&E consultants to integrate their designs into the overall
architecture & interior design schemes.
Respond to RFPs and develop techno-commercial proposals
Qualifications
- Architect or Interior Designer
- 5 to 8yrs experince
- Conceptually strong, ideator, out of the box thinking
