Role Description
The Business Presentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram.
This role involves designing and developing compelling business presentations, including slide decks, visual narratives, and client-facing materials that communicate complex information clearly.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, structuring content, incorporating data and visuals, refining messaging, and ensuring brand consistency.
The specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support pitches, proposals, reports, and internal communications, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation skills, including experience creating effective business presentations and visual storytelling.
- Ability to design and refine presentations using graphics and graphic design principles to enhance clarity and impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into concise, audience-ready content.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working in a corporate or consulting environment, ideally with international clients, is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Capacity to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams in Thiruvananthapuram.
