Role Description The Preschool Teacher at Bluestone Group of Institutions will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children through structured lessons, play-based activities, and guided exploration. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing lessons, supporting social and emotional development, monitoring progress, maintaining a safe and orderly classroom, and communicating regularly with families and colleagues. The teacher will collaborate with other staff to align classroom activities with the institution’s curriculum and uphold school policies and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or Kindergarten-age children
- Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and contribute to Curriculum Development aligned with developmental needs
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach, with the ability to manage classroom dynamics positively
- Basic proficiency in using educational materials and simple classroom technology
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment and adhering to institutional policies and guidelines
