At MINDFL Early Learning Centre, we call our educators Nature Crafters — thoughtful guides who create meaningful learning experiences through nature, play, movement, curiosity and relationships.
We are looking for someone who:
* Genuinely loves being around young children
* Is warm, empathetic, observant and creative
* Understands or is curious about play-based early learning
* Can create meaningful experiences through stories, art, movement, sensory play and nature
* Values observation and each child’s individual developmental journey
* Enjoys learning and growing as part of a team
Preferred: Early Childhood / B.Ed. / Montessori or related qualification and experience with children under 6.
