About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Presales Specialist with strong expertise in CPaaS/SaaS, particularly WhatsApp Business & RCS, to drive solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and presales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop presales strategies and compelling solution proposals.
• Translate WhatsApp & RCS capabilities into client-specific solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and strategic discussions with decision-makers.
• Manage RFP/RFI proposals and bids.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical, CSD, Business and partner teams.
• Support customer success and wallet-share growth.
• Track Meta WhatsApp Business and Google RCS ecosystem updates.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of Product Presales experience in CPaaS/SaaS preferred.
• Strong understanding of OTT communication, WhatsApp and RCS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Kolkata local/regional language proficiency is mandatory.
