Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Presales Specialist will work closely with the sales and consulting teams to understand customer requirements, analyze technical and business needs, and craft tailored solution proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering customer presentations and demos, responding to RFPs and RFQs, and collaborating with internal technical experts to design appropriate architectures and service offerings. The role involves supporting the sales cycle with product and solution expertise, providing timely customer service during the evaluation phase, and maintaining accurate documentation of presales activities. The Presales Specialist will also contribute to knowledge sharing, market research, and continuous improvement of presales processes and collateral.
Qualifications
· Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Architect and recommend Onsite Support, Remote Support, and NOC (Network Operations Center) solutions.
· Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and technical discussions.
· Support IT Managed Services offerings including Infrastructure Management, End-User Support, and Network Management.
· Support transition planning and client onboarding
· Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills.
· Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Kaseya, ManageEngine, Ninja one etc.)
· Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Configuration Management)
· Experience in supporting 24x7 NOC operations.
· 7+ years of experience in IT Managed Services presales/solutioning role.
