Role Description
The Senior Presales Consultant will manage the complete presales journey — from handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and tracking lead progress through the CRM.
The role requires strong customer engagement, effective follow-ups, accurate CRM management, and close coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure qualified leads are successfully converted and handed over for closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and respond to customer queries promptly.
- Make outbound calls to engage, qualify, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and assess buying intent and lead quality.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, offers, amenities, and key USPs.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers and the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates for every lead interaction.
- Track the complete lead journey — Enquiry → Qualification → Follow-up → Site Visit → Sales Handover.
- Follow up on scheduled, missed, and pending site visits to improve conversion.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for effective lead management.
- Prepare and maintain reports on leads, calls, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Take ownership of lead movement and ensure no qualified enquiry is left unattended.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in real estate presales, telesales, or customer-facing sales.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and lead-qualification abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Real estate experience, preferably in Bengaluru, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline preferred.
