Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
- Explain project details and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM.
- Work towards site visit and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales abilities.
- Real estate presales/sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Pune/PCMC real estate market is an advantage.
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and managing multiple leads.
