Diggaj Realty LLP is looking for Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

🎓 Qualification: Graduate

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to potential and inbound clients.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain relevant real estate projects and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits for the Sales Team.
- Follow up with clients and ensure successful meetings/site visits.
- Maintain accurate call, lead, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to improve lead conversions.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and tele-calling skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
- Real estate experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
