Tangy Tech Media is a boutique hospitality marketing and communications studio working with restaurants, hotels and F&B brands across India.
Founded by Candice Rachael, with 20+ years of in-house marketing and PR leadership across some of India's most recognised hospitality brands, including the Olive Bar & Kitchen portfolio, Indigo, Tote on the Turf, Foodhall, Indian Accent, Comorin, Hosa and Ministry of Crab, our work sits at the intersection of hospitality, brand, PR and growth.
We are looking for a Hospitality PR & Brand Communications Lead to join us.
THE ROLE
If you're currently handling a long roster of hospitality or lifestyle accounts and feel ready for greater depth and ownership, this role is designed as that next step.
Instead of servicing 20-30 accounts, you'll go deeper on a curated portfolio of 4-5 flagship hospitality brands.
You'll work directly with founders, chefs and decision-makers to shape PR strategy, launches, positioning and long-term reputation - not simply execute press releases.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
* PR strategy and execution across restaurant and hotel clients
* Brand narratives, founder stories and media angles
* Relationships with food, travel and lifestyle journalists and editors
* Launches, media experiences, collaborations and key brand moments
* Tier 1 features, awards and reputation-building opportunities
* PR calendars, pitching, reporting and account direction
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 4–8 years in PR and communications
* Strong hospitality, restaurant, F&B or luxury lifestyle experience
* Existing relationships across food, lifestyle or travel media
* Proven ability to secure meaningful editorial coverage
* Strong writing, storytelling and strategic thinking
* Someone ready to move from supporting strategy to owning it
WHY THIS ROLE
This isn't designed to be another PR job on your CV.
It's an opportunity to build a distinctive hospitality portfolio, work closely with founders, develop deeper media relationships and grow into a recognised hospitality PR and brand communications lead.
You'll have direct founder access, a low account load, strategic involvement beyond PR execution and the opportunity to eventually build and lead a small PR team as the practice grows.
Location: Mumbai or Delhi / Hybrid, with travel as required
