WE’RE HIRING | POST-SALES & ORDER PROCESSING MANAGER
Location: Pune | Experience: 3–5 Years | Industry: Luxury Kitchens & Wardrobes
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially strong Post-Sales & Order Processing professional to join our team.
We specialise in high-end, bespoke kitchens and wardrobes, combining premium materials, precision manufacturing and international-quality hardware to deliver exceptional residential interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete post-sales and order processing cycle from order confirmation to procurement.
- Prepare accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) based on approved designs and specifications.
- Process customer orders and coordinate Order Confirmations with suppliers.
- Plan and manage material procurement as per project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, lead times and deliveries.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Verify order confirmations, quantities, specifications, pricing and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Sales, Projects, Installation and Accounts teams.
- Track procurement and ensure materials reach the site/project within committed timelines.
- Identify discrepancies or potential delays and proactively resolve them.
- Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records.
We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in the kitchen industry — mandatory.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, hardware, accessories and materials.
- Experience in BOM preparation, procurement and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and order/procurement management systems.
- Experience with premium/luxury kitchens or bespoke interiors will be an advantage.
