📢 WE’RE HIRING | INTERIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
📍 Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🎯 Industry: Residential Interior / Interior Design & Sales
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Interior Sales Executive with strong experience in residential interior sales and client handling.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate, follow up and convert sales leads into successful closures.
• Handle clients independently from initial enquiry to final closure.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior products, materials and project processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Effectively negotiate and close deals with prospective customers.
### 🔹 Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in Interior Sales / Residential Interior Sales
✅ Strong communication and client-handling skills
✅ Good understanding of the residential interior industry
✅ Strong knowledge of interior products and materials
✅ Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated personality
✅ Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
✅ Candidates with a strong interior sales background will be preferred
🚨 IMPORTANT:
The candidate should have a strong understanding of the residential interior industry and be comfortable working with a ₹30 Lakhs+ monthly sales target
