Job details:
10+ years of overall IT experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong experience with Wealth Management platforms.
Proven experience in ITIL-based service management.
Strong experience in Change Management and Release Management.
Delivery Management experience is mandatory.
Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models and distributed teams.
Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes and investment products.
Good knowledge of APIs, system integration, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth, GTN, Wealth Spectrum, or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong Agile/Waterfall project management experience.
Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, vendor, and team management skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, or Wealth Technology.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience delivering the Wealth Management transformation programs.
