Job Title: Team Lead – Internal Audit (CA Qualified)

Location: Chennai
Consulting & Beyond (C&B) is looking for a CA-qualified Team Lead to join our Internal Audit practice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Internal Audit, the ability to independently manage audit projects, and the capability to lead a team of article assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle and execute Internal Audit projects end-to-end
- Lead, guide, and manage a team of article assistants
- Travel across South India for client engagements as required
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance in all audit deliverables
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout engagements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Prior work/articleship experience in Internal Audit – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience working on Internal Audit assignments – Mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to handle individual IA projects
- Experience managing/leading article trainees
- Minimum 1 year experience in Internal Audit
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Prior experience in a consultancy/consulting firm
- Working knowledge of Internal Audit in the Health / Hospital sector
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively across South India
