🏭 We’re Hiring: Plant In-Charge
Sensorisch Formulation Labs Private Limited | Chennai
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Plant In-Charge to manage production, manpower, maintenance coordination, inventory, safety and reporting at our B2B flavours and food-colour manufacturing facility.
📍 Location: Chennai
⏳ Experience: 3–5 years

🚀 Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan and supervise daily production to achieve output and quality targets
🔹 Conduct plant rounds and resolve manpower, material and machinery constraints
🔹 Manage shifts, attendance, discipline, manpower allocation and productivity
🔹 Monitor process efficiency, wastage, downtime and operational costs
🔹 Coordinate machinery upkeep and preventive maintenance
🔹 Ensure GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, safety, hygiene, PPE and housekeeping compliance
🔹 Coordinate raw materials, consumables, inventory and finished-goods movement
🔹 Maintain operational records, submit MIS reports and support audits and improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile:
🎓 Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Chemical, Mechanical, Production Engineering or a related discipline
🎓 3–5 years of plant or production-operations experience
🎓 Food ingredients, flavours, food colours or FMCG experience preferred
🎓 Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and factory-safety requirements
🎓 Strong shop-floor leadership, planning, problem-solving and reporting skills
