Role Description :

The Talent Manager (Beauty/Fashion/Lifestyle) will lead end-to-end management of digital creators in these categories.
Acting as the primary point of contact for talent and brand partners.
Day-to-day responsibilities include scouting and onboarding relevant creators, negotiating and closing brand deals, managing contracts, and coordinating deliverables and timelines.
The role involves building creator brand strategies, identifying collaboration opportunities, and working closely with internal influencer marketing and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed on brief and on time.
The Talent Manager will also track performance, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance to creators on content, platform trends, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Experience in talent management, influencer relations, or artist management within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle domains.
Strong skills in relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation with creators, agencies, and brand teams.
Understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with solid planning, organization, and time-management skills.
Comfort with data tracking, basic reporting, and performance analysis for campaigns and creator deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to working with diverse creators.
Prior experience in media, entertainment, or digital marketing; exposure to beauty/fashion/lifestyle brands is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Fashion, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
