Role Description The PHP Laravel Intern will support the development team in building, maintaining, and testing web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, assisting with API integration, debugging issues, and participating in code reviews under the guidance of senior developers. The intern will collaborate with designers, digital marketing specialists, and other team members to implement features that align with project requirements and business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring consistent attendance, active participation in team meetings, and a willingness to learn modern web development practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in PHP and familiarity with the Laravel framework, including routing, MVC architecture, and Eloquent ORM.
- Candidates should possess core web development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic understanding of responsive design and front-end integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with MySQL or similar relational databases, including writing queries, designing tables, and handling data securely.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on code quality.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork abilities, and be able to follow instructions, document work, and collaborate in a structured environment.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical training, is beneficial.
