Role Description The Phonics & Communications Expert will design and deliver engaging phonics and communication sessions for toddlers, working professionals, and learners across all age groups in domestic and Indian regions. This full-time remote role involves planning age-appropriate curricula, creating interactive lesson materials, and conducting online classes and workshops focused on pronunciation, phonemic awareness, spoken communication, and presentation skills. The expert will assess learners’ needs, track progress, and provide individualized feedback to support language development and professional communication. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team, refining teaching strategies, preparing digital content and activities, and maintaining clear communication with learners and families. The role also involves staying updated on best practices in phonics, language training, and educational technology to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Internal Communications skills for working effectively with learners, families, and team members.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to develop clear educational materials, announcements, and program-related content.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills to tailor messages and teaching approaches for different age groups and professional contexts.
- Experience in phonics instruction, language teaching, or speech and communication training across multiple age groups is beneficial.
- Comfort with remote teaching tools, e-learning platforms, and digital content creation is highly desirable.
- Relevant academic background in Education, Linguistics, Communications, English, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to plan structured lessons, manage diverse learner needs, and provide constructive feedback in a supportive manner.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with Indian regional learning contexts will be an advantage.
